NFL history will be made tonight Bob Costas…

“NFL history will be made tonight” – Bob Costas. Good grief.

History is made every night. Nice Tautology Mr. Costas. Reminds me of Mitch Hedberg. “Every picture of you is a picture of you when you were younger”

Every night? Are you sure? That’s an awful lot of history.

Captain America is appropriately a Patriots fan. Tracy Morgan is Biz Markie and Tina Turner’s lovechild. Ken Jeong was a dentist in Greensboro. Anyone think he regrets his career choice? I can’t decide if this “Brotherhood of Man” song is meant to be taken ironically or seriously. I don’t think NBC knows either.

It was more painful to watch than the Material Girl interview.

    Shampoo is his kryptonite.

It looks like Lex Luthor from Smallville is in a band called The Fray. I’m glad he was able to find work.

    Party Advice

Want to make your Super Bowl party more fun? Every time Tim Tebow is mentioned do a shot. (To be more Tebow-esque chase each shot with a glass of whole milk.) Anyone still upright at halftime wins.

Heading out to coach U10 girls indoor soccer. I expect this matchup to be at least as intense as tonight’s game. The Comets will be wearing dark blue. One point NY Giants.

The late season surge by The Comets is complete, winning their final game 9-8. If tonight’s game is like it, the Giants will score first, never trail, but the Patriots will be within one score numerous times before the final whistle. NYG 24-Patriots 23.

    Pre-pre-pre Game

I was wondering what NBC would do to fill 6 hours. Just witnessed Nick Cannon interviewing the star of Smash. She compared her character to Tom Brady. My hangover has been intensified.

Patriots are owned by Robert Kraft. One would think that with such a cheesy name, the ‘brainpower’ behind Cheese is Funny would support Mr Kraft. However, Mr. Kraft is not affiliated with the food company known for its cheesy products. Mr Kraft made his money in paper. Paper is not funny. One point to the New York Giants.

There has to be a joke about the funny papers in there somewhere; however, let me get back to you on that…my buzz is beginning to wear off…I feel ungood.

    The Experts

Why does starring in a crappy remake of The Longest Yard make Adam Sandler an expert on the footballs? At least he pronounced Appalachian correctly…

    Game Day

Turned on Sports Center to get ready for game day. From what I can tell so far, Peyton Manning will be an important factor in who wins or loses this game.

It seems Peyton will be facing off against Tim Tebow. This is going to be an exciting game.
